El video realizado por Jorge Wittwer en colaboración con Visual Productora, muestra el estado en que se encuentra parte de la costa antofagastina, el mismo mar que antes habia sido boliviano. En la instalación fue presentado sobre un muro bajo el cual ordenó una ejercito de botellas plásticas con agua. / The video made by the visual artist Jorge Wittwer in collaboration with “Visual Productora”, shows the state in which is part of the coast of Antofagasta, the sea that had been Bolivian. In installation was displayed on a wall under which an army of plastic bottles with water was ordered.
